The initial HR screening was conducted in a professional and pleasant manner, which left a positive first impression. However, my experience as I progressed further in the process was markedly different; it became quite unpleasant and unprofessional. There appeared to be a lack of preparation, which negatively impacted the overall experience. This inconsistency raised concerns about the company's organizational standards and the level of respect for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
