Unnecessarily long interview process with no basis for continued delays. The recruiter asked some very scripted, common question but nothing related to the position specifically. Even when I offered to talk specifically about the position requirements it wasn't needed. When I got to the leadership level, I was traded around to several managers, without prior notice of what to expect out of the process. Very scattered process.

I was shocked at lack of a real process. The recruiter was quite unprofessional. I don't understand how a recruiter can force you into a role you didn't apply or wanted to be considered for.
