The entire interview process took about five weeks. I met with a recruiter twice, two internal stakeholders, and did a presentation to those stakeholders before a decision was reached. From my first conversation with the recruiter, I immediately knew that Blytheco was different. They spent the majority of the time discussing culture fit and emphasized that Blytheco's focus on culture is a main priority. This set Blytheco apart from other companies I had already interviewed with. They truly focus on people. One of the subsequent interviews was with the head of HR, who specifically showed me how they prioritize culture. Coming from a company that did not prioritize culture, this was a huge green flag. While many people do not like doing presentations during the interview process, I felt it really leveled the playing field. Everyone does it, with no exceptions. This means all new hires start on even ground. Overall, the experience was very positive, and Blytheco practices what they preach.
