Very positive experience. Contacted by the HR Manager who set up a phone interview with one of the head family members at the winery and herself. Asked to come in for a panel interview that consisted of the HR Manager, Family Member and the Controller. Interview questions were pertinent, they were very respectful of time and the interview process was a welcoming environment.
