Entrevista
Applied online. Group interview of 30 people split into groups of 6 with one BONDs recruiter at each table. Group activities include ice breaker game, BONDS overview, role play, prioritising scenarios. one on one interview at the end.
Pretty straight forward and spoke to a really nice girl who wasn't too formal. felt confident to speak about anecdotes that support my explanation of previous experience. overall great experience

Very large group interview. Too long. Completed tasks in individual groups with an assessor for each table or so. Had some time to prepare as a group then presented in front of everyone.
