They ask why you want the job and how you would be a good fit for the role. They then take you onto the shop floor and leave you for ten minutes to neaten up a module of an isle. The interviewer then comes back to see how you have done.
One to one interview with the manager. They asked the usual questions including why boots. They also asked compentency based questions about previous experiences. Replied back in 1 week by email.

I had a group interview where we all had to introduce ourselves to the group and 2 managers and then we were each asked standard interview questions and asked they asked us about experience and availability.

Rather relaxed and stress-free interview, standard questions so make sure you have answers prepared/are easy to adapt them to the specific question. Overall, it didn't take long, I wouldn't worry too much if you don't have previous retail experience, as long as you have the right attitude and are willing to learn
