Easy going interview. The interview was a good conversation about my background, goals, achievements and past work experience. This was just the first interview. I was told that I would be contacted for a second interview that will go more in depth on my work experience.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
