I was contacted by a recruiter and the scheduling process was easy. On interview day, I met with 3 individuals. The individuals interviewed me separately and each asked different questions. I later learned that they all were responsible for different areas of finance.

Disorganized and rushed. However I ended up taking the job. In the end after I left most of the department resigned in a couple months. Overall the internship and interview process was very subpar compared to other firms.
