Process is drawn out, a bit unclear but the interview was relaxed and conversational and the interviewer really wanted to know about my experiences on my resume. Interview was conducted through a 30 minute phone call.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
