The interview process was an easy going technical interview, I've heard depending on the location they tend to not be so technical but mine was. Laid back enough, as long as you know what your doing and have okay interview skills, it should go smoothly.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
