Many positions require clearable backgrounds for government clearances.If you made it to through to a face-to-face interview, you have nothing to worry about. Speed dating style. Met with a total of 9 people and took about 2.5 hours. Received offer about 2 weeks later,; than had to wait another 3 months for clearance.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
