First contact was a phone interview from corporate getting basic details and work history. Next (about week after the phone interview) I went to the branch location in person and meet with the OPS Supervisor (2nd in command), we talked more in depth about my work history, skill sets, what drew me to choose Border States, and discussed pay scales. Last I met with the Branch Mgr about a week after the first on-site interview, it was much more relaxed and personal about my overall goals in life and future ones, family, previous business ties (as several of my former customers where also current customers of Border States).
