A month after I applied, I got a text message from the HR director. From there, we scheduled a phone interview. Passed the phone interview and got an in-person interview with the CFO, CEO, and the HR Director (separate, one after the other). Everyone was nice enough. I had a final phone interview with the remote HR Generalist. I was told I would hear from them by the end of the week. I received a rejection email about 3 weeks later, which I was expecting because I could tell from the in-person interview I was not a good cultural fit. The workplace reminded me somewhat of a sorority (this is NOT a bad thing, it simply wasn't for me). It seems like a great environment for the right person. It just wasn't for me.
