Braintrust is very special, unlike any other company. You will feel it from the very first contact with Braintrust and they are not shy about it. If you obey their rules and accept their culture, you will be awarded. If not, you will be punished. But keep in mind this is unlike any other experience you had before. Their employee showed up in a meeting completely emotionless, reciting from a script like a robot, like someone who was forced to do it. Braintrust felt soulless despite their attempts promoting their passionate and engage community. It felt like I am entering a cult.
