I recently had a laid-back, conversational interview with Brakeburn, which made for a comfortable and engaging experience. The interview was with the owner, and it felt more like a genuine dialogue than a formal assessment. We discussed my background and relevant experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to connect on a more personal level.

The first interview stage began with an introductory Zoom call with the CFO. Following this I has a 2nd in-person interview with the founder and head of design - the process was a very laid back open conversation to get to know one another. Overall everyone was incredibly welcoming, polite and made me feel very relaxed.
