Interview went half online with CTO and all of project team. It had four parts. Introduction to the company, interview with team for find out of synergy, technical part and presentation of feedback and provision of an offer presented by the CTO. Everything in a friendly spirit and with enough information for my decision.

I was contacted by their manager. We have discussed requirements etc. via LinkedIn and consequently sheduled an interview. The interview process consisted of a technical/test call with engineers - ~3 hours, where you have to show your programming skills and knowledge etc. on a tasks they give you. Everyone throughout this call was very friendly and helpful - and a personal visit & lunch on-site with your future team-mates, if you pass through the first round. I recieved an offer and I accepted it.
