The first interview was a walk in the park and I was given the impression that the feeling of the second interview would be similar. I was definitely wrong. Definitely be prepared with examples of leadership and adaptability from previous jobs. They want to see that you are confident and able to recall previous work experience scenarios on the fly. All in all it seems like a great company. I didn't make it to the third round unfortunately so I could only imagine what that would've been like. The salary and benefits are great though so best of luck to whoever gets it!
