Entrevista
The interview process is 3-4 interviews. It a phone interview with HR. Than two site directors via in person or online. The last is would be with your director for the certain site you applied to and a regional manager. Lastly you may or may not get one last call with the site director for the location you applied to. It's a long process takes about 3-4 weeks for it be completed basically one every week. Most interviews are very structured they take minimal 30 minutes to an hour each.

Why do you want to work there, Do you know about RIE, Reggio, Montessori they ask more depth questions about it. What are your salary expectations. What got you started in the field and why. Where do you see yourself in 3,5, 10 years. Are you wanting to be part/full time, are you looking for opportunity to grow.
