It was such joke. I have never been in an interview where the person interviewing me did not ask me to do a floor interview. For most of the time, the director kept saying negative things about her staff and how was still in the process of finding the best fit. I was completely turned off by the way she spoke about her staff. The school is also very small and very run down like she hasn't been keeping up with the maintenance. Lots of things are empty and I got the feeling that she was hiding something. She also didn't ask for a background check or gave me a vulnerable sector screening which I thought was weird. Makes me think if the people at the center are actually qualified.
