The same recruiter messaged me on both LinkedIn and Handshake for months wanting to interview me. When I finally messaged back, she set up a date and time for the call and asked me to send my resume. After I sent my resume and confirmed with her the time, I received an email saying I was not a good fit... Everything that is on my resume is on both of my profiles that she messaged me, so the recruiter knew whatever experience I had. Seemed like a mean girl tactic since I hadn't responded to previous messages. Then a few weeks later another recruiter from the same company contacted me for an interview... confusing...
