I was messaged by a recruiter on a handshake and we set up a phone call which went really well and she had let me know on the phone for the next steps. I took the assessments and pass but make sure to take these seriously. I attended a virtual zoom which was super informative and was really nice to learn more about the company (walked away feeling like all my questions/hesitations were answered). I then had a role-play interview with a manager in Cleveland and he was great! Unfortunately, I did not make it through the entire process but felt like the interviews were well set up and my recruiter was super helpful the entire time. Hope one day I can reapply and work here.

3 rounds of interviews all conducted by a different person. Recruiter is usually very involved with follow ups and pre interview check ins. My recruiter did end up quitting with out any notice though.
