Recruiter reached out to my work email to ask to speak about event manager position before it had been posted. I replied from my personal email and asked for all communication moving forward to use that email. I spoke with her for an initial conversation and it seemed to go well. She said she would present my resume to the CTO. I never heard back after following up. Then she reached out to my work email again several weeks later asking if I would be interested in interviewing for the same position she already spoke to me about.
