It was a 3 stage process - the 1st stage was a 20 minute screening phone call, the 2nd stage was face to face with the Sales Manager in the Coulsdon office and I was glad to be shortlisted for the 3rd stage which was face 2 face with the Sales Manager and the Managing Director. I enjoyed the interviews - they were relaxed but well structured and made me feel comfortable
