The process includes an interview with a manager who asks about your previous work experience, followed by an honesty and ethics quiz to assess your integrity, decision-making, and professionalism. The questions range from why you want to work there, to how your experience applies to the position, and how you would make working there a positive experience.

it was very casual, just simple questions to make sure i dont have any past criminal activity and no other problems with past employers. it was very simple and i enjoyed the process.

Asked several questions about myself. Asked about availability and personal qualities as well as other things. Took an assessment to evaluate my integrity as a worker. Assessment took around 20 minutes to complete.
