An external recruiter facilitated interview cycle. I never got a description of how many stages and with who I should be interviewing beforehand. I was always told a couple of days after passing the previous one. Everyone I interviewed was polite and friendly. I got an initial phone screen, after a call with the hiring manager and then a presentation exercise. On the downside, I never got any feedback (positive or negative), even after requesting it. Just a generic, impersonal message, of "going with someone else".
