I applied online, was contacted by the recruiter and soon after I was invited for a Teams Interview - friendly, professional interview with 2 senior members and a HR rep. No competency based questions which I adored as in my opinion they don't always truly reflect someone's potential. Just straightforward questions about my experience, how familiar I am with doing certain things that BSL do and getting to know me as a person.
