The hiring process was easy. They interviewed me about my interests in ABA and why I wanted to join the company and they hired me on the spot. They gave me a run-through about their company and they asked about my experience working with children.

Interview process went well. It was a quick 15-30 minute zoom call. We went over job responsibilities and previous work experience. We highlighted how previous work experience can tie into being an RBT and I was hired on the spot.
