There wasn't one. Was sent a email with credentialing packet as an email attachment asking for my social security number, NPI, license numbers. It didn't feel copacetic so I emailed them back asking to speak with the medical director. And he said he could not get them to speak with me at the moment and that the recruiter could answer any and all questions. He didnt sound right. He then kept emailing asking me to send the credentialing packet to get on boarded. I told him I am not giving my information or working for a place where I cannot speak to the medical director or have a formal interview process. After a few days he gave me 2 emails for me to arrange for them to speak with me. If it wasn't a scam, it was the worst unprofessional recruitment I have ever experienced.
