I applied online at CA career site, and received interview invitation after 2 weeks. The interview process lasted for 2 hours, there were a technical test followed by managers interview.

Applied online. Received a screening phone call from HR within a week, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. Awaiting an update from the company. The interviewer and HR are nice.
