Easy no interview just have to upload all of your carts than you gain a ranking/category with rank 1 being your best candidate having the most training and category 2 being almost fully trained

It was the first time they started the new template. My experience was going to one unit & only having one interview with 3 members of the department. The interview is 20 mins
