The HR are pathetic, they do not consider the candidate's efforts. I was asked about my salary expectation they started arguing how one with your experience level can demand so much although it was normal 30% hike as per my current CTC. I request you if you don't have budget do not waste time of working professionals. I have also heard from my sources about frequent pay cuts in Capiot. STAY AWAY from such fraudulent company.

Entrevista

There was 2 rounds of interview and a round with the manager . I qualified all the rounds and was also verbally given the joining date. But it's more than 4 months now still haven't received my joining offer letter. Still they are telling documentation process is going on.

3 rounds of interview. 1 telephonic round and 2 in person with the manager and the client round . they are more in to the product specific and the technical in front questions you may expect and it was very cool interview i ever face. the management is just awesome
