The interview process was mercifully quick, with a screening call, a phone call, and then an in-person interview with the team lead and two other members of the team. The last interview involved background questions relative to the job and a quick assessment of grammar and web design knowledge. The screening call involved basic questions about whether I'd be willing to work on-site, nothing major. The problem there was that the recruiter made it seem like the company gave much more paid time off than CDI actually does. Other than that, the phone interview and in-person interviews were fairly straightforward, with few curveballs; though I'd imagine that varies from position to position.
