Longer than normal indecision...typical process is 2 months. HR is incompetent. I was sent by a staffing agency because they have horrendous internal recruiting (which I learned later). Met everyone in my area...top to bottom...over the course of about a month. I was tendered a direct hire offer, gave notice, and was later informed I'd be brought on temp to perm. They did convert.
