Three different calls - one with regular staff, one with a research collaborator and one with the director discussing my future plans and I also had a call with the current staff based in Delhi regarding living in Delhi.

Entrevista
Phone interview of about 20 minutes with a senior researcher followed by a meeting with the Director, about 45 minutes. I was asked about my interest in research and was asked to explain my thesis. I left the interview with mixed reviews on whether it went well but ultimately obtained an offer one to two weeks later.

Why do you want to work at CDDEP? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How do your interests fit with what we do? Pretty basic fit questions and then some on my thesis. Please explain your thesis topic? What were your findings?
