The interview process itself was pretty straightforward. I had a call with the recruiter & then with the hiring manager. None of the questions were too difficult to answer. I asked questions to get a feel for the culture & was not pleased. The 2nd round interviewer told me that it has taken them years to get promoted and that working in the office 3 days a week instead of 4 was “earned, not given” even though the job description advertised 3 days in office. After hearing that, I knew I didn’t want to work at CFG Bank. I finished up the interview and have not heard back from CFG Bank. It has been months since I interviewed.
