Entrevista
There were two technical rounds. The 1st was a telephonic interview and the interviewer asked questions related to Application Architecture. The 2nd round was more of a low level technical check. Questions which are relevant to developers were also asked. Looks like the 2nd round interview was for requirement related to specific projects. However they are not able clearly map the requirements to the candidates. Interviewer asked whether I can do coding and if I can work in .NET windows form. Although my resume clearly mentions that I have been playing the role of a .NET Architect from quite some time.

Difference between Abstract Class and Interface, Private and Shared assemblies. Use of signing the assembly, Securing a REST service etc.
One lady took the interview and she was very arrogant, not sure why this attitude for an interviewer. Candidates doesn't feel comfortable with this attitude.overall a bad experience on this process. Interviewer should know the skills of the person.

J'ai eu trois entretiens d'embauche avec tests techniques et psychologique. Entretien N+1, N+2 et RH + test psycho. Envoi d'une proposition par mail et signature du contrat sur site. Cette description est suffisante pourquoi glassdor nous oblige à remplir un minimum de 50 mots ?
