Honestly, don't waste your time.
They came over to college career fair, submitted resume, invited for onsite interview. Drove over 3 hours to the middle of nowhere the night before. On the day of the interview it was a group interview with bunch of people interviewing for the same position. Then assigned to single interviews through out the day. Plus two hours of useless presentations by the company. No one even know your name, and you're there for an onsite interview.
Finally, they handed me a survey for feedback about the interview process, and preferences such as branch location, I asked the person working there if I can select any location? They said no, if it's not this location then it's a no. I said okay no problem, finished everything and was told I will be contacted in a week to two weeks maximum.
I emailed them at 2 weeks mark, they said next week, I emailed them 2 weeks after that, they said next month we will let you know. I emailed few more times after that but eventually I never heard anything.
My friend who also interviewed with me, got an offer few months after that, he said he was offered 25k or 35k a year, a software developer in the US.
Anyway, save your time and self respect, and don't apply to them. There are so many companies out there. I was very desperate at the time ignoring all the red flags.
