The interview process was very simple and clear. All steps were laid out at the beginning of the process. There was a discussion with HR, the direct manager, the CS Operations Manager, and at my request, someone from the Product team. There was also a take home assessment in between that took some time to complete, but was fairly straightforward. I really appreciated that they brought one of the cross functional partners in for the final interview stage.
