Several exploratory meetings. Started with an HR screening, then met with team lead, followed by would-be peers, as well as would-be direct reports. Despite it ultimately not working out, the experience was positive overall.

The interview itself was fine, nothing special but I could tell there’s no culture. No communication after an interview, very unprofessional approach, the job just disappeared after 6 weeks of waiting, no answer to a follow up email

9 days later received screening call from recruiter followed a day later by recruiter interview. Was confirmed for second interview immediately and two weeks later had hiring manager interview.
