Sat down with two of the senior staff in St Michael's cafe, and they would ask me various questions. The interview only lasted about 10 minutes and none of the questions were designed to trip you up. I think it is more of a case of demonstrating that you are a valuable employee with the right skills and right attitude than anything else.
