Went into a room and talked about my past college experience in classes, I talked extensively about an energy auditing class that I took in college. They asked me about some situational questions

I interviewed for the Junior Energy Engineer position. Overall, a great experience. First, you answer a behavioral questionnaire, then you take an aptitude test, which was very simple compared to other ones I've taken. The recruiter was very friendly, asked about salary expectations, and provided lots of information about the company. You then move on to an interview with an engineering manager, where you are mainly judged on your answers to behavioral questions. In the end, my career goals did not align with the position, but I enjoyed the experience. This seems like a great company.
