Quick phone screen, and two further full interviews with Senior Leadership. Interviews were dry, did not have great things to say about the opening. I guess they were honest at least, both discussed how whoever they hired would be overworked with little support or training. The frustrating part was no call back. In my current company we may close out a candidate via email if we only phone screened them. However when someone comes in for multiple interviews we give the courtesy of a phone call to let them know we selected another candidate. With CNA I got nothing for weeks, so I ended up sending an email for an update. They responded with a cut and paste email that they received my resume but would be going with other candidates. I know you received my resume, because you did interview me, multiple times. I would have to imagine if this is how they communicate to potential employees it must be a terrible place to work.
