Most interviews (at least first face-to-face or phone interviews) will follow basic behavioral questions and STAR methodology. In this case, I also had to prepare a business case and do a project presentation for the interview, in front of a panel of upper management and my would-be peers.

I had two interviews, The first one with HR and second with the hiring manager. I did not get any answer or feedback after that, even though I sent follow up emails.
