Not really a typical interview process. Uses Job Centre organised jobs fair to sign people up. Asked to attend an 'interview' that was in fact an application and induction process in a single day. They relied on the fact you can't turn down the employment without sanctions on UC. Kinda dishonest and using the benefits system against people.
