I interviewed with the original CEO and Office Manager who were looking for young talent with ambition so it was a very upbeat and fairly casual experience. We sat in the conference room and they each spent time with me in a 1-on-1 setting to talk over my resume and engage me on a personal level asking what I did outside of work, what interested me in the job, and what I was hoping to get from it.

Informal phone interview with webmaster coach, in-person interview later that week. Interview lasted about an hour and was pretty painless. Second interviewer who usually helps conduct interviews was absent for my interview, so I met only with the webmaster coach. Very friendly, laid back atmosphere, she gave me a tour and introduced me to the team, which was nice.
