Aptitude test and Personal Interview. The whole process took one day. First we were called out for aptitude test which had basic maths. After aptitude the selected candidates were called for personal interview

The interview entails primarily behavioral questions regarding academic and professional interests, outlook on the previous work experience, generalizable skills, future growth prospects, and so forth. The interviewer wanted to gauge the fit of the candidate for the job.

It is a tough process as it will go through your resume will look into finance knowledge and will also ask you about current affairs. basic concepts should be clear.

Initially there were basic HR questions about my interests. I was asked about excel and SQL skills. After that there were basic questions and opinion about ESG. My motivation for applying to the company.
