Role advertised on LinkedIn, online test, then first 2 rounds are face to face interviews. Third round is a case study presentation on an Investment Bank. HR person was super-helpful and swift with dealings, however one person in the 3rd round made an insulting remark that I did not understand what some of the "metrics" meant which I had used as part of my case study.... Rather than questioning me on it, he brushed it off. I took it in my stride, however the reluctance to engage and rather pass comments like that is thoroughly off-putting and insulting and I considered withdrawing my application. I ended up not making it through, but definitely no love lost. I will add that first 2 rounds were uneventful. However I would encourage the company to actually engage candidates on their knowledge and quizz them on why certain bits of information had been included and DO NOT make assumptions, especially assuming that a candidate does not have knowledge of something he built with over 20 hours spent on it as it does not come across professionally! In addition, please show a bit more respect and allow candidates more time to present their case. After having spent in excess of 15 or 20 hours to prep, it's the least you could do.

Many rounds of half-an-hour interviews, ended with a final presentation. More chit chat at earlier stages and questions can be tougher at later stages as interviewers drill down to in-depth questions, but pretty manageable.
