Entrevista
You must submit a written application with a writing sample and recommendations to the English department in the spring. Those eligible are invited to interview in person. Interviews included one to two applicants at a time with a panel of three to four people, including current tutors, supervisors, and possibly professors. It lasts about 15-20 minutes in person and an additional couple of weeks to hear back on final decisions.

Entrevista
Submitted an application because I heard they were hiring tutors for the next semester. A month later received a call saying they wanted to set up an interview. The interview was very easy going. Asked a background of my studies, and tutoring experiences. A few questions on how I would react in different scenarios.
