Straightforward interview process, phone screening followed by in-person interview. Situational questions have multiple parts, make sure that you address each section of the question. For behavioral questions, make sure that you share examples from previous experience.

Actually this was the hardest interview I have ever been through. I was asked multiple questions within one question and was given quite a few, long, situational questions where I had to determine the best way to handle the situation. Also went out for lunch with my supervisor and another future colleague, which was pleasant but I still had to stay on my game.
