I applied online and was sent a design test to take the same day. I thought it was strange that I would get a skills test without even getting a phone screening first but figured it was maybe just an easy way for them to assess skill level before sending candidates to HR. What threw me was that there is a request to make a video of yourself to upload answering interview questions and a pretty detailed outline of a site mock-up being requested as part of this process. So I start digging around online and saw some of these interview reviews as well as people's videos posted on youtube and decided not to further pursue this. I don't know what kind of scam this is, but it's really inconsiderate to waste people's time and take advantage of their privacy and wanted to leave this review as a warning to anyone else that may apply to a position here.
